CD-011HT is an automated sample processing system specifically designed for single cell sample preparation. It is designed to work with large volume liquid handling steps required during single cell sample preparations. The system, while being simple to use and has a compact design, is able to work with batches for up to 16 samples per run .The instrument is equipped with a high precision pipetting unit and deck layout can be customized according to customers’ needs. Temperature-controlled buffer storage stations and tube racks can be configured to fit customer’s protocol. The system can minimize manual experimental involvement hence providing a more streamlined and consistent single cell sample preparation performance which improves laboratory efficiency and reduces operating costs.

CD-012HT is specifically designed to automate the liquid handling steps for cell suspension preparation from frozen PBMC prior to single cell RNA and CITEseq sequencing.
The system is easy to use and has a compact form factor. A user-friendly control software is included. Sample preparation methods can be configured with up to 48 samples per run.
The system is equipped with two sets of high precision 8-channel pipettes, ensuring accurate and reproducible results with improved efficiency.
The system replaced the use of screw tubes, in standard manual operation, with SBS standard Deep well plates. The adoption of Deep well plates improves workflow efficiency and reduces human prone errors. Proprietary SupRemoval tips were designed to use with our Deep well plates allowing the precise control of supernatant removal while not disrupting the cell pellet.
